The fine print, in plain English.

Buying from us

When you buy a Pawter, you're agreeing to these terms. We'll do our part — ship a working product on time, replace it if it breaks, refund you if you don't want it — and you'll do yours: pay for it, use it for its intended purpose (giving your pet fresh water), and contact us if something's wrong.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and subject to change. Promotions and discounts apply only during their stated window. We honor the price shown at the time you place your order.

Product accuracy

We work hard to describe our product accurately. Photos may show slight color variation due to your screen. The specifications (304 stainless, <25dB motor, 4L capacity, 90-day filter life) are accurate and tested. If a description is wrong, we'll fix it and accept a return on that grounds.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order any time before it ships (which is usually within 24 hours of placement). After it ships, treat it as a return — see our refund policy.

Warranty

Every Pawter is warrantied for 1 year against manufacturing defects. If the motor fails or a part breaks under normal use, we replace it free. Damage from misuse (chewing, dropping, dishwashing the motor housing) isn't covered, but we'll usually still help.

Limitation of liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The most we'll ever owe you is the purchase price of your Pawter. We hope it never comes to that.

Intellectual property

The Pawter name, logo, photos, and content on this site are owned by Pawter. Don't copy them. If you're a customer who wants to post photos of your dog using the Pawter, please do — tag us, we love it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State you're shopping from in the US. Disputes go through small claims court or binding arbitration.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version on this page with the date below. Continuing to use pawter.co means you accept the changes.
