How we ship

• Free shipping on every US order, no minimum
• Orders placed before 2pm PT ship the same day
• Orders after 2pm PT ship the next business day
• Delivery: 3–5 business days to anywhere in the continental US
• You'll get a tracking link by email within 24 hours of placing your order

International

We currently ship to Canada and the UK at a flat $25 international rate. Delivery is 7–14 business days. Customs duties, if any, are paid by the recipient. For other countries, email hi@pawter.co and we'll see what we can do.

If your order doesn't arrive

If your tracking says "delivered" but it isn't on your porch, check with neighbors and your mail carrier first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us at hi@pawter.co and we'll ship a replacement free of charge.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it's technically out of our hands — but we still ship replacements free for stolen packages because that's the right thing to do.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

Yes. We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Shipping is still free.
