365-day money back. No questions.

Our promise

If your dog doesn't use the Pawter, send it back within 365 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions, no restocking fees, no return shipping fees. Our actual return rate is 0.4% — we're not nervous about this guarantee. You shouldn't be either.

How returns work

  1. Email hi@pawter.co within 365 days of delivery
  2. We send a prepaid return label within 24 hours
  3. Box the Pawter back up — original packaging or any sturdy box works
  4. Drop it at any USPS or UPS location
  5. Refund processed within 3 business days of receipt to your original payment method

What you get back

  • Full purchase price refunded
  • Original shipping cost (which was free anyway)
  • Return shipping — we pay it
  • No restocking fee, ever

Filter cartridges

Filter cartridges are non-refundable once opened (food-safety reasons). Unopened cartridges can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Damaged in shipping

If your Pawter arrives damaged or defective, send a photo to hi@pawter.co and we'll ship a replacement same-day. You don't need to return the damaged one.
